George Hedgerow Cariad's O'Malley Now AKC pointed!

I had been looking for a cardi for several months when I found Hedgerow Kennels online. I was looking for a cardi that could do well both in the breed ring but also have the natural ability to compete in performance events such as flyball, agility, and maybe even herding. We are hoping that George will turn out to be all this and much more. What a wonderful dog! George is very intelligent and easy to train. We are currently working on basic obedience and some basic flyball skills. He is still the puppy of the house but growing up quickly. Many thanks to Beth Magnus for allowing George to travel so far away and for all of the wonderful information that she has provided to us. George will begin limited showing Spring 2008, being handled both by Steve Davidson of Arista Golden Retrievers and Amy Massey of Kell Shelties. We also hope to make some appearances in the rally rings by fall.
